Have you ever thought that your future is under your full control? let me explain to you 5 simple steps to happiness. Let me explain it to you. We all are creations of this Earth and we are all under the authority of physics willingly or unwillingly. Our nerves and brain emit patterns of vibrations that are consistent on average. Those patterns are results of a long term practice and which lead us to future consequences.

When I talk about the patterns of vibrations, it is worth to mention, these patterns of vibrations affect the subconscious mind.

How does this affect your success?

Okay, let me get there like this.

From our childhood, we are taught to become optimists rather than being pessimists. Do you know why? It is because of the subconscious mind. I told you previously that, the patterns of vibrations are results of long term practice, which means when we think something over and over again, it gets embedded to our subconscious mind by interrupting the existing patterns of vibrations.

Just imagine that you think negatively over and over again. You think I cannot become rich over and over again for a long period of time. With time, your vibration patterns of the nerves and brain start to change and get replaced by the new thinking pattern. Your negativity starts to penetrate gradually to your subconscious mind. 

After a while, after the subconscious mind get affected by your negative vibration patter, all of your decisions, actions start to reflect the negativity willingly or unwillingly, unless you do something very consciously by forcing into your mind. Now you can imagine that if you think negatively over a long period of time, you might get fail on most of the occasions.

What if we practice thinking confidently, positively about our future?

That’s where the law of attraction hits the playground.

When you start to think positively about your future, you start to replicate most of those positive consequences in real life. This is not magic. This is true. I know you may hesitate this in the beginning, but it worth giving a try as this won’t waste your money.

But, Is there a systematic way to get results of this? Yes. These are the steps you should follow.

1. Setup a desire.

Think about what you actually want. It may be money, it may be winning a competition, it may be getting the attraction of someone. Whatever it is first define it and make it a desire, a passion in your life.

2. Be detailed.

It is not good to be unspecific about your desires. You should be specific and detailed over them.

“I earn $100,000 at the end of this month by providing marketing services for my clients and by making them satisfied” is more detailed than just thinking “I earn more money this month”.

3. Create a plan.

You must create a definite plan for the way you are going to achieve your desire. Without a plan, you won’t be able to achieve anything easily.

4. Visualize the life you get after achieving the desire.

If you are going to be an engineer, visualize that you are already an engineer, and how you spend your day and what kind of life you have now. Try to feel the life you get after being an engineer as you have already got it.

5. Repeat it every day.

The subconscious mind cannot be affected if you don’t repeat the imagining process often over a long period of time. It’s your duty to imagine your future life over and over again for a long period of time consistently. Remember… Make this a pattern.

By following these simple steps to happiness, you can do a great change in your life, but it won’t be overnight. Let time pass. don’t hesitate the results. Just follow those simple steps to happiness consistently over and over again.
